• Billy Eichner, Lin-Manuel Miranda shock New Yorkers in Billy On The Street clip (Video)

Billy Eichner and Lin-Manuel Miranda took to the streets of Manhattan in this hilarious new clip from Billy on the Street. Miranda is a great sport as always as he promotes his new film, Mary Poppins Returns.

In the video, produced by Funny or Die with Lyft Entertainment, Eichner tries to answer the question is anyone truly happy? In his trademark style, he accosts everyday New Yorkers with his larger-than-life personality, but this time Miranda steals the show as many of the interviewees get overwhelmed seeing the Broadway star.

From a woman who couldn’t get Hamilton tickets to a guy who doesn’t know what Moana is, the reactions of the unsuspecting public are always hilarious. Eichner himself seems mystified by a man who is going to Vietnam without a plan and a woman who draws Garfield fan art.

Billy on the Street has always been the little show that could. After 3 seasons on Fuse, it moved to TruTV for 2 seasons. Now in Season 6, it has moved to online-only content. Back in September, Eichner made a cryptic tweet about a big announcement which turned out to be that Billy on the Street was back with some help from Funny or Die. Even though the show has moved off of traditional television, Eichner still gets big-name guest stars like Emma Stone, Tiffany Haddish, and now Miranda.
