• New George Lopez special ‘It’s Not Me, It’s You’ premieres live on July 14 (Videos)

George Lopez is returning to HBO with It’s Not Me, It’s You, his third live stand-up special on the network. The new set, filmed at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles (which Lopez has sold-out a record-breaking 24 times) features the comic, author and former late-night host addressing the state of Latinos in the United States, marriage, parenting, the woes of aging, generational gaps and his visit to the White House.

Lopez is one of the top earning stand-up comics in the country, and his last HBO special Tall, Dark & Chicano was the network’s highest rated in five years. It’s Not Me, It’s You is Lopez’ first special since his brief stint hosting TBS’ Lopez Tonight. Since then, Lopez has continued to tour, selling out theaters and developing his new material. He’s also hosting Fox’s new dating show Take Me Out.

HBO has plenty of behind-the-scenes type stuff online now, which you can watch below.

It’s Not Me, It’s You debuts Saturday, July 14th at 10 p.m. live ET.
