Coca-Cola’s “Happiest Thank You” video has already gone viral, with more than two million views in less than a month. The clip introduces us to four ordinary people who conduct their jobs with a smile: bagger Ivan Craig, parking attendant Marivic, van driver Ronilo, and condominium guard Artemio.
Not only do these workers help brighten everyone’s day, but they also go the extra mile to help those around them. One couple shared the story of how Ivan Craig chased them down because they left a bag of groceries in the store. And a man in Artemio’s building revealed that the security guard once helped bring him back home when he had a little too much to drink.
Yet most of the time, Ivan Craig, Marivic, Ronilo and Artemio are not referred to by their real names. Instead, customers call them generic titles like “Boss” or “Sis.”
So Coca-Cola decided to help change that trend. The customers in question presented Ivan Craig, Marivic, Ronilo and Artemio with personalized Coke bottles, complete with their real names. The gesture clearly moved the four workers. Ronilo couldn’t stop looking at this special bottle, and Marivic cried like it was the happiest day of her life.
