Moontower Comedy: Day 3, featuring Maria Bamford, Chelsea Peretti, Dana Gould, more! (Photos)

AUSTIN – First of all, major kudos are due to the organizers of the first annual Moontower Comedy & Oddity Fest for refraining from naming their all-female stand-up show “Taco Party.” (It must have been especially hard to resist, considering that this lineup was arranged as an estrogenized counterpart to the “Sausage Fest” show.) The comic needs cash, so Madame Ovary hatches an idea to sell her eggs. It’s a joke, of course, an amusing plea to purchase her album.
