• Watch Kristen Wiig do improv in a closet and answer dumb questions

Saturday Night Live writer Mike O’Brien’s new short-form interview web series could be called Between Two Jackets, as it has that similar hilariously awkward feeling of Zach Galifianakis’ Funny Or Die series Between Two Ferns. O’Brien premiered 7 Minutes in Heaven (named in honor of the teenager party make-out game from the 1950s) today on YouTube, Hulu.com and NBC.com.

After asking a few questions, O’Brien has his guests perform “closet theater.” In the premiere episode, Bridesmaids star and SNL‘r Kristen Wiig pretends to look for a dress that O’Brien has sold for drugs. In another episode with Elijah Wood, the two act out some never-before-seen Lord of the Rings scenes. “7 Minutes in Heaven” will air new episodes every Friday. If you worry that you don’t have seven minutes to watch a video, do not fret. The interviews run just over four minutes.
